• Client Consultation:
  Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Targets:
  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay updated on all insurance products, promotions, and policy changes to offer accurate information to clients.
• Lead Management:
  Follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate through consistent and professional communication.
• Database Management:
  Accurately record client interactions and sales processes using the company’s CRM system.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.

• Licensing:
  Must possess an active Allstate Property & Casualty License.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.
