What we offer:

Fixed salary +
10-20% of revenue (the more sales, the higher the percentage from the sale). - Location:

Your future responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to uncover new opportunities and provide strategic consultations to warm leads (both inbound and qualified outbound).
- Perform preliminary account analysis using tools like Helium
10, Data Dive, or similar to identify key opportunities. - Actively listen to clients, understand their pain points, and offer personalized solutions.
- Update and maintain the CRM system (lead statuses, notes, next steps).
- Collaborate with the team (PPC strategists, audit specialists) to prepare proposals.
- Proactively manage deals and help clients confidently move forward.
- Close deals and ensure clients feel confident in our ability to scale their businesses on Amazon and Tik Tok Shop.
Required skills and experience:
- 2 years experience in sales and closing deals in the eCommerce industry (Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct consultative sales.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to identify real business challenges.
- Organization, attention to detail, time and process management skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently — you take responsibility for your work.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Amazon and Tik Tok Shop platforms.
- Previous experience selling agency services for Amazon.
- Understanding of Amazon KPIs, such as TACoS, ACOS, BSR, etc.
- Ability to perform basic analysis using tools like Helium
10, Data Dive, Amazon Search Query Performance.
