About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our Swiss office. This role is ideal for a dynamic, early-career professional (aged 25–30) with a technical background in PV or energy engineering who is eager to bridge the gap between innovation and client needs.
You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer challenges in PV asset management and positioning our advanced AI-powered software as the best solution for their needs.
You’ll work closely with our global sales, product, and engineering teams in Switzerland and India.
- Develop a deep understanding of Smart Helio’s products and effectively communicate their value to technical and business stakeholders to solve their technical challenges.
- Actively identify and engage potential clients across Europe and Latin America.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential customers.
- Build trusted relationships with technical & commercial stakeholders and manage a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records via Hub Spot CRM.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to signed deal.
- Degree in Electrical,
PV, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline
. - Fluent in English and another language (ideally, Spanish or German).
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or client-facing roles (internships or projects in renewable energy a preference).
- Entrepreneurial experience and/or worked in startups, and thrive in dynamic, high-ownership environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious, proactive, and driven to create impact in the energy space.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and abroad for client visits or conferences.
- Salary:
CHF 3’500/month + performance-based bonus (signed contracts). - Possibility for ESOPs
