Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting our sales pipeline remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct research on target industries and potential clients to tailor messaging and approach.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
Provide timely feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Represent the company professionally in all virtual communications and meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to research, identify, and engage decision-makers effectively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industries is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is highly valued.
Full-time remote position, flexible working hours within Singapore business hours.
Occasional participation in virtual team meetings or training sessions may be required.
Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
