Eco Brite Services is seeking an energetic Junior Sales Representative to support regional and national sales operations in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a remote position focused on expanding commercial coverage in strategic markets and building a strong talent pipeline for future senior sales roles.

Overview

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will prospect new opportunities, generate qualified leads, conduct initial walkthroughs, and assist in proposal preparation. This role offers significant growth potential within the janitorial and facility services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct local market research to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively research, solicit, and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and database tools to maximize revenue and meet lead‑generation goals.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels, including calls, follow‑ups, and CRM updates.
  • Create and execute plans to gain market share from competitors.
  • Perform initial site walkthroughs to capture facility information for accurate scoping and proposal development.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior/national sales leadership.
  • Build early‑stage relationships with facility managers, district managers, and franchisees.
  • Work closely with Ecobrite managers to retain existing customers and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Represent Ecobrite professionally at local networking events and trade activities, as needed.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline aligned with short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
  • Assist in preparing bids, RFP responses, pricing packages, and business proposals, with senior team support.
  • Ensure high responsiveness to inquiries and regional leads.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align expectations and ensure a smooth handoff after contract.
  • Support negotiation preparation by understanding customer needs and market expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, discipline, and self‑motivation.
  • Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (training provided).
  • CRM proficiency or willingness to learn (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to be hands‑on.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Knowledge of facility services, janitorial, or commercial maintenance industries (not required).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for the Georgia market.
  • MS Office proficiency and basic business math skills.
