Overview
Strategic ERP SaaS Sales & Development Representative. Scaled Solutions Group, a Epicor Platinum Partner and leader in ERP SaaS consulting and implementation, is seeking a Strategic ERP SaaS Sales & Development Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid role
—you’ll work remotely, collaborate in our Des Plaines, IL office, and travel to client sites for meetings, discovery sessions, and trade shows. As a Strategic ERP SaaS Sales & Development Rep, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing deals for ERP SaaS and professional services.
- Manage the full sales cycle
: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. - Sell Epicor Prophet 21 SaaS and professional services, including ERP implementation, technical consulting, business process optimization, integrations, and change management.
- Build strong relationships with executive-level buyers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Presidents) and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop account strategies, research prospects, and execute targeted outreach using CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info
. - Partner with solution architects and consultants to design tailored, value-driven proposals
. - Represent Scaled Solutions Group at industry events and trade shows
, generating leads and strengthening partnerships. - Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
. - Maintain accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting in CRM
.

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in ERP SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services. - Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed quota
. - Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ERP SaaS (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred) or other platforms such as:
Net Suite, Acumatica, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Oracle Cloud ERP, Sage Intacct, Workday or similar SaaS solutions. - Proficiency with sales tools:
Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator
. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
