Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and use B2B and B2C sales skills
• Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers
• Be detail-oriented in selling products and services
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services with every sale
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• 6+ months of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products and/or services)
• Strong understanding of the sales process, asking probing questions, overcoming objections, negotiation, closing, relationship building, and communication
• Open availability
• High school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop for testing; work computer may be provided depending on position
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address

• Base salary range: $15-$18/hr; actual pay varies by location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies
