The Alexander Agency is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Representative (Full-time & Part-time) to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. You’ll be trained in processes, procedures, and how to obtain new business.

100% commission-only role

Fully remote job, NO door to door sales.

• Contact warm clients and find out their needs (NO COLD CALLING).
• Strategize with a mentor and with carriers on their options.
• Help them choose the option that best fits their needs.
• Get paid next day!

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
• Expand business reach through networking techniques.

Either possess a current Life Insurance Producer License OR willing to obtain one.

MUST:

• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Be a legal resident of the United States of America.
• Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting).
• Ability to build rapport.
• Performance-driven, coachable, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
• Confident, team-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude.

PAY:

Part time - $30,000 - $45,000 /yr OTE.

Full time - $80,000 - $150,000+ /yr OTE.
