Business Development Executive (Online Sales)
Salary: 3,000,000 - 4,000,000 per month | Full-time | Indonesia
Responsibilities- Handling global customers such as Malaysia, Singapore, U.S., and oversee online.
- Qualify inbound leads from calls, emails, and web chats to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking lead progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover upsell/cross-sell potential.
- Manage a small portfolio of assigned accounts, proactively checking in with customers.
- Able to upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the customer's needs, presenting additional products or services that can enhance their experience.
- Prepare personal sales forecasts and contribute to sales budgeting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
