What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and upsell products and services to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to understand their needs and identify growth areas
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase additional solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve expansion and upsell targets
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, focusing on account management, expansion, or upselling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management preferred
