Key Responsibilities 3 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)
Qualify inbound leads.

Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.3 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.

Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
6 months – AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound)
Own inbound deals on our legal segment.

Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections and close your first customers.

Collaborate closely with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.
6 months – AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound)
Take ownership of a territory.

Drive outbound deals end‑to‑end with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.

Contribute to improving scripts, sequences and playbooks as you learn what works.

What We’re Looking For Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Italian and English.

High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.

You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.

You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.
