- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions in home, auto, and commercial insurance.
- Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, and the claims process to create a smooth, stress-free experience.
- Drive revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and confidently presenting bundled solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, reliability, and results.
- Own the follow-up process — conduct needs assessments, answer questions, and convert warm leads into satisfied clients.
- Keep client records accurate and up-to-date using our internal systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates to better support your clients.
- General Level 1 or 2 License
- Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with Surex Insurance’s products is a bonus, but not required
