• Salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year

• Formulate and execute sales strategies and plans across assigned CPG sales teams
• Develop high-level customer relationships with senior leadership in the retail and CPG sectors
• Collaborate with the Advertising Group and Merchandising to implement media solutions across stores
• Manage sales pipeline and deliver consistent close rates to achieve sales goals
• Represent the organization at trade shows and local marketing events

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience with a Retail/CPG focus in marketing or sales organizations
• Experience with leading CPG companies or large marketing services solution providers
• Strong record of achieving top‑line revenue and bottom‑line targets
• Exceptional negotiation, account management, and strategic selling skills

• Experience in consultative data‑driven selling and developing go‑to‑market strategies
• Knowledge of Brand, Retail, Shopper Marketing, and Retail Media landscape
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
• Self‑starter mentality with a focus on team mentorship
