• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation using B2B and B2C skills
• Build client relationships and explore new methods for customer retention
• Maintain attention to detail in sales of products and services
• Document and retrieve information in databases efficiently

• Fluency in both French and English
• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
• Strong understanding of the sales process, client relationship building, and negotiation techniques
• Availability for flexible working hours
• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with technology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting
