- Drive revenue generation for new hotel openings and conversions from accounts traditionally not deployed to the Hyatt Sales Force
- Research and evaluate accounts with potential to produce across Hyatt brands, focusing on extended‑stay and select‑service segments
- Utilize internal and external tools to identify and solicit new accounts in both transient and group segments
- Develop B2B customer relationships to drive long‑term business, including preparing presentations and attending networking events
- Manage new accounts until turnover to the Hyatt Sales Force is complete
- Proven expertise in driving high‑value revenue across a sales portfolio
- Strong understanding of market analytics and ability to leverage them for strategic targeting
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with B2B customers
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a related sales field
- Familiarity with hotel management systems or CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in prospecting and acquiring new business accounts
- Strong networking skills within the hospitality sector
