Home Based Sales – Work from Home – Commission Only

Be among the first 25 applicants. This is a part‑time, remote position for a home‑based sales role operating on a commission‑only structure.

The company has been in business for over 25 years, is a FTSE 250 company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and operates in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The firm offers flexible hours and significant growth prospects for motivated individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and reaching out to self‑generated potential customers
• Engaging in customer relationship management and conducting product demonstrations
• Closing sales and meeting sales targets
• Managing time independently and proactively to meet objectives
• Participating in training and working with a team (initially under Val’s training scheme)
• Making phone calls and scheduling virtual meetings with prospective clients and team members

Must:

• Live in the UK and have a UK bank account (no student visas)
• Be coachable and able to follow success systems
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Possess proven sales experience (helpful but not required)
• Be able to work independently and remotely
• Be self‑motivated and able to manage time in a commission‑based environment
• Have outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey product value
• Have a reliable computer, internet connection and other necessary tools for remote working
