Position: Business Development Manager (Sales Development & Revenue Enablement Associate)

Job Title: Sales Development & Revenue Enablement Associate (Remote)

Location: SA / Eastern Europe / UK

About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented team member with a passion for eCommerce and digital experiences to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and scaling outbound and mid-funnel sales efforts through thoughtful execution, coordination, and enablement.

You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across design, technology, and strategy to ensure outreach, nurture, and follow-up efforts are consistent, effective, and well-prepared. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn how modern sales teams operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Outreach: Support the execution and continuous improvement of outbound and nurture efforts across email, Linked In, and other channels

  • Lead & Contact Nurture: Monitor engagement and interest signals to support effective follow-up and prioritization

  • Event & Campaign Support: Assist with post-event and campaign follow-up efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing

  • CRM & Pipeline Support: Ensure data quality and consistency in the CRM, supporting pipeline visibility and reporting

  • Reporting & Optimization: Track performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline health, and contribute to improvements in sales processes, workflows, and enablement efforts

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a team-based sales motion

  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow

Preferred

  • Exposure to outbound or account-based sales approaches

  • Interest in using technology or AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
