Data Tune is a specialist consultancy helping SaaS platforms fix backend performance problems. We work with growing SaaS companies struggling with slow dashboards, laggy pages, API timeouts, unstable databases, and rising infrastructure costs.
Our engagement starts with a free, focused performance audit that delivers a clear, prioritised roadmap for improvement, including timelines and fixed-price implementation options.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book discovery calls with SaaS founders, CTOs, and technical leads.
Your role is purely focused on opening doors and booking qualified discovery calls. You will not be responsible for closing deals or running technical conversations (unless you've got a technical background and like more commission).
You will:
- Identify and outreach to SaaS companies experiencing performance or scaling issues
- Book initial discovery calls with decision-makers
- Hand over booked calls to our lead consultant (we handle the call, audit, and proposal)
- Work with clear qualification criteria and messaging
Trial Structure (Important)
We start with a 4-week trial with no retainer.
During the trial:
Compensation is 10% commission on any closed deals
If either of the following happens during the trial:
- At least 3 discovery calls convert into completed free performance audits, or
- At least 1 deal closes
- £1,000 monthly retainer
- 10% commission on closed deals
- A performance review after 60 days
Position Requirements
1+ Years
work experience This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have experience with cold outreach, SDR work, or B2B lead generation
- Are comfortable speaking to technical or semi-technical stakeholders
- Prefer performance-based compensation over fixed salary
- Want flexibility, autonomy, and real earning leverage
- Have a clear, professional spoken English that is easy to understand on calls
