• Conduct needs assessment conversations with families to identify personalized learning solutions

• Work primarily during evenings and weekends to accommodate families' schedules

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in metrics-driven environments
• Ability to work part-time hours, primarily from Sunday to Thursday 4pm-9pm Central Time
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Educational experience and expertise, particularly from direct interaction with students and parents
• Proven track record of exceeding metrics and performance goals
