Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Hunter (Brand & Media Partnerships) at Media One Creative Inc. This role will involve seeking out new brand and media partnership opportunities, negotiating deals, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders. While based in Toronto, ON, this role allows for some flexibility to work from home. You will be paid commission on deals you originate.

Our company has a track record of delivering campaigns from $500K - $5M so you will have the ability to sell a high‑ticket marketing investment to brands directly and to agency partners representing their clients.

We work from the office 1 day a week, 4 days remote.

We are seeking a proven new business developer who has existing sales experience selling 6‑7 figure creative/production projects and demonstrated experience achieving sales targets in the advertising, media or creative agency/video content space.

The role pays 10% commission and is unique as it includes stock options in Media One Group. You will be building your own book of business within the business and you will be responsible for an industry vertical (i.e., Automotive) and be able to sell across the Media One Group of companies portfolio of agencies (Canada, US, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore).

Sales target $2‑$5M including both production and media sales. We also have access to unique advertising inventory, which we can discuss in the interview.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand partnerships and media sales
  • Knowledge of the entertainment and production industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
