The Opportunity
Cloud Officer is a software development and consulting firm based in Montreal. Since 2011, we've helped startups and enterprises build AI-powered products, ship mobile and web applications, modernize legacy systems, and navigate complex compliance requirements.
We're looking for independent sales agents to help us grow. This isn't a traditional sales job — it's a revenue-sharing partnership.
You introduce us to companies that need software built. If they become clients, you earn a percentage of every invoice we send them — not just the first project, but every project, every month, for as long as they work with us.

We invoice in Canadian dollars. With current exchange rates, US and European companies get top-tier development at a significant discount compared to working with firms in their own markets. That makes your intro an even easier sell.
What We Build
- AI & Machine Learning — LLMs, computer vision, voice synthesis, predictive analytics
- Mobile Apps — iOS, Android, cross-platform (Flutter, React Native)
- Backend & APIs — High-performance systems handling 250K+ requests per minute
- Web Applications — React, Angular, Vue, Next.js
- Embedded & IoT — Firmware, device drivers, connected devices
- Cloud & Dev Ops — AWS architecture, containerization, CI/CD
How It Works
- You introduce us to a potential client
- We handle the sales call, scoping, and proposal
- If they sign, you earn 5% of every invoice
- Client stays for 5 years? You get paid for 5 years
We'll sign a simple agreement that covers attribution, payment terms, and how clients are tracked.
What we're looking for:
Long-term client relationships, not one-off gigs. We don't take on 3-day projects or simple landing pages. Our engagements typically run months to years, with a minimum of $5,000 CAD/month. That's good news for you — bigger contracts mean bigger recurring commissions.
What You Bring
- A network of founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or tech decision-makers
- Ability to spot companies that need software development, AI, or compliance help
- Enough understanding of tech to have credible conversations (you don't need to be a developer)
- Self-motivation as this is 100% commission, no hand-holding
- 25+ years in business, clients from California to France
- Shipped a Health Canada-approved AI-powered medical device
- 2019 AWS Game Day champions (Pan-Canadian Unicorn Challenge)
- We close the deals and you just open the doors
- Consultants with complementary services
- Former founders or tech execs with strong networks
- Freelancers who talk to startups and scale-ups regularly
- Anyone with access to decision-makers at companies that need software built
Pay: $1.00-$5,000.00 per month
