Senior Account Executive; Remote BC

• Prospect and close sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals
• Manage existing business relationships and implement retention strategies
• Handle customer cancellation requests and secure contract commitments during interactions
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline while managing prospects in the database
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve unique customer issues and optimize service offerings

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting
• Must reside and work in Canada

• Experience in the waste management industry or related sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish customer relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction
