Trimax Mowing Systems is expanding in Europe and we’re looking for an Area Sales Representative to grow our presence across the German market.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on supporting distributors, visiting customers, running product demonstrations, and growing our footprint in the German market.
What You’ll Do- Grow Trimax sales and market share across Germany
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager – Europe to develop and execute a clear growth strategy for Germany
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributor partners, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and commercially effective
- Generate customer demand through regular product demonstrations, customer visits, and field activity
- Conduct professional product demonstrations that clearly communicate Trimax’s performance, quality, and value
- Provide technical product advice and support to customers and distributors, acting as a trusted expert in the field
- Attend industry shows and build a strong relationship with applicable associations to grow Trimax’s brand presence
- Represent Trimax professionally and consistently, contributing to long‑term sustainable growth.
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated and commercially driven, with a strong customer‑first attitude. Bring proven experience in the machinery sector, are comfortable working autonomously in the field, and focus on building long‑term relationships that deliver sustainable sales growth.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a field‑based sales role within the grounds care, turf or agriculture machinery sector (or similar)
- Comfortable being on the road, visiting customers, distributors, and job sites regularly
- Confident delivering live product demonstrations and engaging with end users
- Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently
- Strong relationship builder with a practical, results‑focused mindset
- Experienced with CRM management, ensuring sales pipeline and customer activity is accurately tracked
- Category BE driving licence
- Based in the Netherlands and comfortable with frequent travel to Germany
