• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a relevant field
• Strong ability to build positive working relationships to achieve business objectives
• Willingness to travel overnight 40%

• Experience in surgical sales or related medical field
• Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and educational programs
• Proven track record of successful relationship management in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work autonomously while adapting to new environments
