We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Oil Well Drilling Chemicals in domestic and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, and market expansion in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales of oil well drilling chemicals (WBM/OBM additives, brines, polymers, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, etc.)
- Identify new customers in E&P companies, drilling contractors, and service companies
- Handle import & export sales, including customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiation
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat business
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
- Participate in exhibitions, tenders, and client meetings
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering / Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oilfield chemicals sales or related trading business
- Strong knowledge of oil well drilling chemicals and applications
- Experience in international trading, LC, export documentation is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Existing client network in Oil & Gas / Drilling / Mud Engineering
- Knowledge of API / OCMA / ISO standards
- Exposure to Middle East, Africa, or Asian markets
