Pest Control Business Sales Manager JHB, PE, KZN, Limpopo

Our client, a leader in pest control, is seeking a Sales Development Managers are responsible for developing and selling new customers that include hotels, full-service restaurants, quick service restaurants, hospitals, schools, other institutions and commercial businesses. Works directly with customers to support their success by selling the companys line of pest elimination products and services. The Sales Development Manager position is unique and must be adapted to the particular market conditions in the assigned area.

In certain cases may be responsible for managing assigned customer relationships. This territory will cover Gauteng region. Candidates should reside within the Gauteng area and be willing to travel various nights per month.

• Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals.
• Discover sales opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Partner with our service team, corporate account team, and inter-company partners to implement best practices to solve customers pest problems.
• Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process.
• Keep informed of product / service offerings and industry conditions to enhance successful customer outcomes.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1.5 years of business to business sales).
• Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle.
• Home office with internet access capability.
• 3 years of demonstrated proven results in business to business commercial sales.
• Pest elimination and / or hotel and restaurant selling experience preferred.
• Proven relationship management and consulting skills.
• Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions.
• Strong self-motivation & drive for results.
