Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Salary: $65-80,000
Location: Hempstead, NY - Remote
Our client, a 20 person brokerage, is growing and requires a Remote Account Executive to service and maintain all aspects of a variety of smaller and midsized commercial accounts (premium ranging from $20,000 to $150,000). The book is diversified with a considerable number of real estate, general contractors, construction, restaurants, and mom and pop shops.
Responsibilities- Service and maintain all aspects of a variety of Commercial Accounts
- Market renewals and new business on existing accounts
- Identify cross marketing opportunities
- Round out accounts
- Review applications and policies for accurate information
- Ability to identify and explain coverage and gaps in coverage
- Prepare Reports and Proposals
- General processing - claims reporting, auto , Certificates of Insurance, Binders, etc.
- Current NYS Brokers License
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial insurance
- Experience with navigation and online rating on company websites
- Thorough knowledge of all Commercial Lines coverage and products
- Knowledge of EPIC preferred
