Our client in the UK is looking for a Business Developer to join their team remotely

Roles and Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UK IT market
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Consistently secure 1–2 new client wins per month
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
Develop tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client hiring needs
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placements and ongoing client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reporting
Stay informed on UK IT market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity
