This role is part of Ramp’s Accounting Channel, helping build the go‑to‑market engine and strategy for accounting firms.
Base Pay Range$194,400 – $297,000 per year

AboutThe Role
As a founding enterprise member, you’ll source and acquire new partnerships with accounting firms and systems integrators, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and drive revenue through client referrals.
What You’ll Do- Source, qualify, and sign net new partnerships with top accounting firms
- Drive revenue through consistent month‑over‑month client referrals
- Consult partners on delivering value to clients through Ramp’s finance automation platform
- Develop and execute strategies that drive production from existing partnerships
- Create, track, and own GTM plans to meet quarterly and annual goals
- Identify multiple stakeholders within top firms and solidify a network of trusted relationships
- Educate firms on Ramp’s product offering and empower them to articulate value to clients
- Work cross‑functionally across marketing, sales, product and engineering to drive co‑marketing opportunities and onboard new clients
- Become an expert in Ramp’s product, features, and workflows for systems integrators and accounting firms
- Contribute to strategy around new processes and ideas for enterprise firms
- Maintain a clean view of current and future opportunities and forecasts
- Minimum 7 years in partner sales, business development, partnership management, or channel partnerships
- Minimum 3 years working directly with top 200 accounting firms
- Proven success executing the “sell through” motion
- Strong understanding of the accounting industry and service offerings
- History as a top performer, consistently exceeding targets
- Strong discovery skills to identify pain points and objectives
- Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Ability to discuss Ramp’s value proposition with decision makers at top accounting firms
- Confidence and persuasiveness to tell a compelling story
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop long‑term account plans
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Background in accounting (CPA or experience at an accounting firm)
- Experience with top 50 accounting firms
- Experience with Net Suite, Acumatica, Business Central, or Sage Intacct
