- Manage inbound interest from prospective installer and distribution partners.
- Deliver tailored pitches that highlight product value and benefits.
- Lead onboarding and activation calls for newly authorized partners.
- Enable existing partners to deepen engagement and increase sales volume.
- Participate in key market visits to support events and sales activities.
- Use Salesforce to track engagement and conversion metrics.
- Analyze pipeline metrics to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Develop territory business plans in collaboration with leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account development.
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Reside in territory to facilitate in-market events.
- Valid driver's license.
