Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive business growth and manage key client relationships in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with a strong background in B2B enterprise solutions, strategic planning, and client engagement. You will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio, deepening partnerships, and delivering innovative business solutions that align with our clients goals.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team of high-performing professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction through consultative engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to tailor solutions and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and client needs.

  • Lead negotiations, close complex deals, and manage end-to-end sales cycles efficiently.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities for senior management.

  • Represent The Elite Job brand in client meetings, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales.

  • Experience managing large accounts or working within multinational environments is preferred.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours aligned with Singapore business time zones (Monday to Friday).
  • Occasional client calls or virtual meetings outside regular hours may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Deep understanding of client relationship management and consultative selling.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable business solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategic growth initiatives.
