What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Consistently achieve monthly and full-year new sales and renewal quotas
  • Maintain a new sales pipeline in  and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings per week and weekly strategy calls
  • Demonstrate key products and integrated solutions effectively within specified timelines
  • Prioritize selling activities to maximize time spent in front of customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in navigating complex software solutions sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to engage with government contacts at various levels
  • Ability to effectively utilize  and other automation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with the CLEAR integrated suite of software/solutions
  • Proven track record of sales quota over achievement
  • Business and technical acumen to solve customer and internal company issues
  • Familiarity with sales stage proficiency in the sales cycle
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations
