Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Medford, Oregon area market share for a family owned and operated Northwest linen service company. Build long‑term relationships with customers by advising on product solutions, creating value, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Create and manage a full sales pipeline, securing new business and sustaining growth across both established and startup venues in competitive hospitality environments.

• Prior success selling business services to restaurant owners, hotel managers, senior hospitality executives, or clinicians over longer sales cycles.
• Experience selling to both established and startup venues in a highly competitive environment.
• Self‑starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard‑working, personable, rejection‑proof, and capable of working well independently.
• Strong hunter mindset; able to maintain a full pipeline and achieve sales goals.
• Exceptional listening and questioning skills; strong ability to sell value instead of price.
• Proven B2B sales success in hospitality or a similar industry.
• Solid sales employment track record of professional growth.
• Self‑managed, motivated, innovative, and resourceful.
• Relevant employment references.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and MVR; ongoing random drug screens for all fleet vehicle drivers.
• Live and work in the field in your territory (not a remote position).

Experience selling commercial laundry services or food and beverage contracts is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality industry trends is a plus.

Position based near Medford, Oregon; work primarily from home office.
