- Collaborating closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams
- Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue and profit targets
- Gathering customer feedback to strengthen retention and satisfaction
- 5+ years of sales experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
- Proven success closing and managing national or enterprise-level accounts
- Strong understanding of ocean, air, and ground freight solutions
- Experience working with commission structures tied to gross profit
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- CRM proficiency and solid business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- $120,000 - $130,000
- Uncapped commission based on gross profit performance
- Quarterly commission payouts once revenue is collected
- Fully remote role with national scope
- Remote role (corporate headquarters based in Southern California)
- Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events
