Responsibilities
  • Directly prospect and acquire new business for the employer’s Retail Payment Integrity Services and Solutions
  • Achieve or exceed sales revenue and growth targets as defined by leadership
  • Develop strategies, budgets, and accurate sales forecasts to execute business plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers to manage the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring new products to market and drive early sales
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated success in consultative/solution-based selling in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience selling to senior management levels and closing mutually beneficial deals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required (25-50%)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics
  • Ability to balance activities across multiple internal customers and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for researching prospective customers and planning sales activities
  • High motivation and discipline to follow a structured selling process
  • Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision
