We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are confident in their abilities.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:Agents who need to make money out of desperation.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego.
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.
Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor low premium policies. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.
Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
