As the Lead Generation Executive (Cold Email + Linked In), your role is all about creating high-quality lead generation through cold emails and Linked In outreach. You’ll be responsible for connecting with decision‑makers at IT service businesses (AI, Web development, Digital Marketing), converting them into qualified leads. This role focuses on service sales in the international market.
Job Responsibilities- You’ll generate consistent, high‑quality leads through cold email and Linked In.
- Compile call lists from current customers, prospective customers from business and web directories, marketing campaigns and other sources for lead generation and use in prospecting.
- Responsible for building a sales pipeline.
- Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Engage Bay to gather and manage lead information.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow‑ups, responding promptly to inquiries.
Refine and clean data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Knowledge of managing and troubleshooting email servers for campaign deliverability.
- Verify data to ensure its authenticity and usefulness before using it in campaigns.
- Create and manage detailed reports on campaign performance, tracking key metrics.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with new leads and their progress in the sales funnel.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and trends in cold emailing and lead generation.
- Segment lead lists based on various criteria to target specific audiences effectively.
- Ability to handle large datasets and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
- Ability to work across time zones across the world.
- Ability to report on results and hit and exceed quarterly goals.
- Report weekly progress on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
- Strong ability to track and optimize email performance metrics, such as open and reply rates.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach.
- Prior experience in AI, Web development, Digital Marketing, e‑commerce, or email marketing is a significant advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience with exceptional expertise in your field.
- Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 8 to 5 work timings, a great time to balance your work and personal life.
