Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Hospitality Intern/s to support our EMEA commercial team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the commercial operations of a hospitality technology company, combining sales support, marketing coordination, and event assistance in a dynamic, international environment.

You will be working remotely within Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (virtual and in‑person).
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct light market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and collateral for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate follow‑ups and communication with partners and clients where needed.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in the hospitality/business program.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace;
    Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Interest in hospitality technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.
