Responsibilities

The District Manager oversees sales performance and dealer development across a defined territory in the Eastern US. This role manages all aspects of dealer engagement—business planning, territory coverage, and aftermarket growth—to ensure Epiroc’s products and solutions are effectively represented in the market.

As the primary point of contact for dealers within the territory, the District Manager is accountable for driving sales, supporting customer needs, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. The role requires a hands-on approach to territory management, balancing strategic planning with frequent field presence to build trust, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results.

Work Type

This remote position is open to U.S. candidates, particularly those residing within the territory - ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT or RI. This role is not eligible for immigration or work visa sponsorship.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in dealer sales, territory management, or business development within the construction equipment, OEM, or related heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing dealer relationships across large or multi-state territories.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic attachment tools or related product applications preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the North Eastern US.
Skills & Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute structured sales plans using CRM and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, field-based role.

This is a remote, field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the North Eastern US. Dealer and jobsite visits may include outdoor environments, construction sites, and operational facilities. Compliance with all safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
