The RoleThis is a phone-first outbound sales role
. Cold calling is a core part of the job, and you should expect to spend most of your workday on the phone.
You will:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day, prospecting and prioritizing target accounts
- Speak with business owners and managers.
- Build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and listen carefully.
- Clearly explain how Expertly AI’s products improve responsiveness and reduce missed opportunities.
- Qualify interest and book meetings.
- Attend sales meetings with the CEO to observe, learn, and gain exposure to real customer conversations.
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and other sales development representatives to share market feedback, refine messaging, and continuously improve call quality and meeting volume.
You’ll be supported with clear expectations, ongoing coaching, and a team environment where questions, learning, and steady improvement are encouraged.

Compensation- Base salary: $50,000
- Commission with on-target earnings of $65,000–$80,000
