• Salary up to $220,000 OTE, depending on experience

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet quotas
• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts
• Represent the employer at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Collaborate cross-functionally to win complex deals
• Spend over 50% of your time engaging face-to-face with customers

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the aerospace industry
• Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience required
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales
• Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, prospecting, collaboration)
• Experience with TAM/SAM analysis
• BS/BA degree preferred
