What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and facilitate sales development programs to enhance NEOGOV’s go‑to‑market strategy
  • Deliver ongoing training on discovery, negotiation, storytelling, and sales methodologies
  • Build onboarding and continuous learning paths for various sales roles including XDRs, AEs, AMs, and SEs
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to align training with company strategy and product updates
  • Track training effectiveness and report ROI through performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales training, enablement, or full‑cycle sales
  • Expertise in consultative or value‑based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in‑person settings
  • Data‑driven approach to measuring impact and identifying skill gaps
  • Ability to travel to the Draper, UT office 4 times per year for meetings if not within commutable distance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in designing sales training programs that enhance sales performance
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics in a sales environment
  • Previous roles that required collaboration with marketing and operations teams
  • Experience with sales assessments and simulations
  • Background in public sector or public safety software solutions
