Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Use sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
  • Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Reach out by phone to generate qualified prospects.
  • Develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure quality presentations.
  • Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
  • Present and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
Qualifications
  • Experience in account management or client‑facing roles in the IT/Tech Industry.
  • Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals.
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
