What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, focusing on Civil contractors and Civil Engineering firms
  • Drive revenue growth by executing strategies targeting expansion and new business acquisition
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, tailoring solutions for complex infrastructure challenges
  • Lead the entire sales journey from prospecting to successful onboarding for large-scale deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the technical needs of civil engineers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of enterprise Construction Technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, Mining, or Civil Engineering sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and deliver results in rapidly evolving environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong, along with the ability to quickly adopt new AI-driven sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Active USA-Part 107 license for drone operation
  • Established relationships within the Heavy Civil and Infrastructure sectors
  • Experience with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Strong consultative sales skills, capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities proactively
