- Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, focusing on Civil contractors and Civil Engineering firms
- Drive revenue growth by executing strategies targeting expansion and new business acquisition
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, tailoring solutions for complex infrastructure challenges
- Lead the entire sales journey from prospecting to successful onboarding for large-scale deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the technical needs of civil engineers
- 5+ years of enterprise Construction Technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- 3+ years of experience selling into the Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, Mining, or Civil Engineering sectors
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and deliver results in rapidly evolving environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong, along with the ability to quickly adopt new AI-driven sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Active USA-Part 107 license for drone operation
- Established relationships within the Heavy Civil and Infrastructure sectors
- Experience with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Strong consultative sales skills, capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities proactively
