Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our real estate photography team. This role is ideal for someone eager for a career in real estate sales, partnerships, and client relations. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and assisting in building strong relationships. This position involves both home office work and some field travel around the midwest, including Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Kansas and Missouri.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Research and identify potential new clients, markets, and partnership opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach (emails, calls, networking, events, etc.).
- Visit real estate offices, attend client meetings to give presentations, requiring local travel.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Create strategies for improving outreach processes and client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in business development and real estate.
- Comfortable with outreach and building new professional relationships.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (a plus).
