What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting Fortune 1,000 companies and large employers
  • Lead the sales process from initial identification of targets to successful contracting and ongoing client relationship management
  • Manage a large sales pipeline using effective metrics and tracking capabilities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to refine product positioning based on customer feedback
  • Represent the employer at major trade shows and industry exhibitions to identify potential new clients
What is Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized college or university
  • 8+ years of experience in employer sales, primarily selling to HR and Benefits sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, especially with large employers
  • Familiarity with subscription-based pricing models, particularly SaaS technology solutions
  • Strong strategic sales acumen and understanding of the employer technology sales cycle

  • Established network of contacts within the employer community
  • Experience in driving sales growth within an early-stage or growth-oriented company
  • Ability to effectively forecast and report on revenue numbers
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong reputation for integrity
