Remote Appointment Setter; Commision

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messages
• Qualify prospects using provided criteria and book calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and consistent follow-ups
• Meet weekly performance targets for booked and attended calls
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve systems

• Commission-only compensation structure
• $100 for each booked and attended sales call
• 10% commission on deals closed by the sales team
• Onboarding, scripts, and ongoing coaching at no cost
• Advancement opportunities into Closer or Sales Management roles
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

• Must be based in the United States
• Authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using Facebook for professional communication
• Sales or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but not required

• This is a commission-only, independent contractor role and does not include a base salary. Earnings depend on individual performance, consistency, and activity level. Actual income varies and is not guaranteed.
