What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion within assigned accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business objectives
  • Implement solutions-based selling to align Wrike's offerings with customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction
What is Required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful commercial sales experience with a proven track record, specifically in SaaS
  • Minimum 3 years as an Account Manager responsible for an install account base
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in work management or project management, particularly selling to ideal customer profiles in Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing, or Engineering
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling
  • Additional language proficiency relevant to the territory
