What We Do:
The Data Trace National Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business revenue opportunities and generating new business by leveraging sales experience, closing and in-person presentation skills. To support the Sales strategy for the assigned territory, the National Account Executive will develop and retain a quality residential client base of Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys and others through acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for Data Trace products and services.
- Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
- Build and service customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
- Develop business contacts with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys; build client relationships, secure new orders, and maintain/expand existing accounts
- Compile lists of prospective customers and develop a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys
- Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs
- Be highly visible in the market by attending real estate industry functions and community events
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence to support sales strategy
- Deliver effective presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents and others
- Interact daily with Operations, Marketing and Escrow teams and respond proactively to clients
- Professional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs to provide solutions
- Diplomacy and tact, strong interpersonal communication
- Strong negotiation and persuasiveness

- MS Office Suite, MS Teams, (contact, account, pipeline and task management)
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver s license
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
