In this role you will collaborate closely with Directors of Field Operations, Community Managers, and Senior Living Sales Consultants. You will travel 100% of the time (10 days on, 4 days off) and your mission is to achieve ambitious sales goals within specified time frames.

• Travel 100% of the time; 10 days on, 4 days off.
• $75,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses.

• Support and execute a strategic sales plan with Directors of Field Operations, Community Managers, and Senior Living Sales Consultants.
• Continuously achieve and exceed sales goals in occupancy and waitlist growth.
• Engage in conversations via phone or home visits with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for events and meetings.

• Degree in Business, Marketing (Associate or Bachelor), preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Independent Senior Living Sales.
• Willingness to embrace a mobile work lifestyle (100% travel).
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team to promote Independent Senior Living communities.
• Interest in Relationship Marketing and Sales, ability to connect empathetically.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and data entry competency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Current driver’s license with clean record and authorized to operate a rental vehicle.
